I could said that I have never had a rental application process like this one, it was less than 72 hours for me to apply and get the approval. This company it’s really truly, super flexible and you will get prove of every step and every payment during the process , in my case, particularly because I live in other state. The agente Khrystie González, she is the best.

This company was in cahoots with a renter and once the property was bought and sold and renters vacated they left behind a trail of problems, has costed over $4,000 for plumbing to get fixed due to wet wipes and god knows what else being flushed down the toilets. Then the “property manager” wanted to state it could’ve been from the Airbnb side, but in reality the home had six residents staying in a three bedroom home for a year and the leasing company wants to say it wasn’t them it could’ve came from the Airbnb, if I’m not mistaken Airbnb guests don’t reside in a home for a year so that’s unfathomable to comprehend, I believe it’s due to six people clogging up a plumbing system with stuff that doesn’t flush down a toilet properly. Blinds taken down and replaced with something that doesn’t even fit the window looks quite ridiculous, drawers broken, and doesn’t want to pay for the damages. But I guess when you’re friends with the leasing company you get what you want! Wouldn’t suggest this company due to unprofessional characteristics and just plain idiocracy.

Dan and Key Real Estate work hard to have the best team and take care of their landlords and tenants. I rented a condo at the Cove at Six Mile Cypress for 12 months and if I wasn't moving out of state I would have likely renewed my lease. The experience I had during the move out was exceptional. Melissa, the property manager, is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. She is very easy to get along with and very pleasant! Bethany in maintenance does a fantastic job making you feel like you are her number 1 priority. She worked fast and sincerely made my day. Juan the Lead Inspector was amazing... I could not have asked for more. I wanted to ensure I left the condo in better condition than when I got it and no problem I got my full deposit back! Their team has been responsive, available and attentive for the last several months of my lease. In the beginning of my lease (spring 2017 through summer) my complaints are now not relevant to share because they reorganized their team and only have the best on board now. Keep it up Key Real Estate!!! Thank you for your hard work, making it easy during the move and making all the difference every day. I appreciate all you do!

We had just recently rented a place in Fort Myers through Key Real Estate Advisors. A few weeks later, while we were still moving things in, Hurricane Ian hit Florida. Our unit had received significant lower level water damage, just like many, many others here in Florida. I contacted Dan Norden, as the unit was uninhabitable, and would remain so for an indeterminate period of time. Dan responded back to me quickly, even though I could only imagine how busy he was. Dan allowed us to terminate our lease since we were actually still in the process of moving in. His company also returned our deposit as promised. I sent approximately 10 different emails, and each one was answered quickly and efficiently. He also allowed us to leave our car in the garage for a few days, as I could not get a wrecker. We greatly appreciate his concern and willingness to work with us during this disaster, as well as his empathy for our situation. Even though we were there such a short time, I would not hesitate to use them again. By the way, the moving in process was also a breeze and was handled professionally. Thank you!

After working with some very inefficient realty companies I was very jaded. When my tenant unexpectedly left and I had to find a new one, I contacted Key Real Estate and have been more than pleased. The staff are great. In particular, Crissy is wonderful. She has worked with me tirelessly to get our house tenant ready and then some. She is very efficient and keeps me in the loop on any issues. She is also very responsive to my many requests and is always a pleasure to work with. Keep up the great work!

Key Real Estate Advisors placed a tenant in my home who damaged the property, stole an item with a replacement value of $5,000.00 and stopped paying rent. The only help provided by Key Real Estate Advisors was to charge exceptionally high fees for third party contractors to make repairs. Their services were extremely disappointing and costly.

Key Real Estate is awful. I would not recommend anyone doing any business with them at all. If you choose to do any business with them make sure you document everything. I would also recommend you have council review anything that needs your signature. This company does not operate in good faith and will try to take everything from you if they can. Be mindful and very careful, when dealing with key real estate.

As I stated before if you are a tenant, document everything, to ensure you are not taken advantage of.
