Aisy is the absolute BEST hands down! If you’re looking for a confidence boost to apply for that rental house you’re not sure you qualify for DO IT. Aisy helped my family get into our dream neighborhood!!! The process was so smooth and we did everything online! A pleasant and refreshing experience talking to Aisy Strait. She was so down to earth and up front about everything. I've been renting in various places around southwest Florida for 15 years, the last 5ish from Don and the gang. In that time, William J Edwards Realty has been the best organization I've ever worked with. They take very good care of me! When I have questions about my lease or payments, the office is always quick to respond. When they have to mediate between the homeowner and me, I feel like they are advocating for me (although the homeowner has been great as well). When something mechanical goes awry, Anthony either fixes it himself or quickly finds someone who can. I've dealt with some pretty awful property managers who were the primary reason I left a rental property. The folks at William J Edwards Realty are one of the primary reasons I'll stay in this one for a long time.
