Knowledgeable, Patient and Kind. From the moment we spoke with Gay, I knew she would be the perfect agent for us. We have not bought a home in over 25 years and her guidance was invaluable. She listened to our wants and needs and found us several homes to see. She gave us a binder with documents of all the homes we were to see and realizing this was a daunting process she encouraged us to take notes on all the homes. This allowed us to sit down later and review all we saw.
At the end of the day we decided to buy land and build.
Gay didn't stop assisting us. She has recommended designers and builders and continues to stay in touch with us, patiently answering all of our questions.

Above and Beyond. This is our second time using Gay and her team for our real estate needs. She helped us purchase our rental along 30A and also just assisted us in the sale. She knows the market and was so helpful in getting us in touch with resources to get our house ready to sell. Being out of town it was a challenge to manage but Gay and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything got taken care of. Gay even went shopping for decor for me and FaceTimed me from the store! She didn’t have to do that but that’s the kind of person she is. Gay and her

Never a doubt in my mind that Gay and Jeff would represent us with grace, compassion... Gay and Jeff Landreth have been friends with our family for almost forty years. I have admired their business acumen for years and as friends and neighbors they became personally dedicated to helping our family in any way they could as my mother grew older and began to decline. That alone is priceless. When my mother passed away many people and realtors began to come out of the wings to try to purchase or represent buyers of this valuable property in Gulf Pines, Miramar Beach, FL.
