7 years ago!!! Rented a complete garage model with black mold on 620 strong st Brighton Co apartment 1 has black mold in the bedroom they painted over it had us moved out a month keep in mind they just paint over it! Mold returns to appear every 6 months we didnt get deposit back and on top of that was sent to collection for a 300 charge for damages which was the carpet that had been there previously also previous renters were chain smoker yellow waterlines would drip off walls place always stunk like cigarette no matter what I turned on for scent.Kelly the reception didn't even forward the bill because I didn't give her a forward address but yet all my mail went to a new location.I called when received collection calls called her to ask and said after many attempts, she sent it straight to collection without notice!!!
Kelley has the worst costumers service she acts like she owns lambert and always hangs up on you when asking for information she has gotten away with a lot of stuff so sad that this company does this kind of work!

So don’t get me wrong, I don’t know how they do business and I’m sure they can all be really great. I am just leaving this as to share my own experience. My friend Aubrey of Aubrey Lynn Photography moves out of her space, then I was talking to Lacey (my friend who teaches yoga upstairs about it) and after all the excitement, decided to pursue Aubrey’s old Studio for my own photography studio.

We received a call on Tuesday from Kelly, saying that they accepted my application for the Studio. The exact words were “Hey Ashley so we’ve accepted your application the space is all yours! Do you have any questions? If not I’ll draft up the lease, and will call you when it’s done if you’re available tomorrow evening you can come in and sign”

Being new to commercial real estate one of the first questions I asked when we went to see the property was if we could start on a 6 month lease and then renew I told her that if not we were happy to start with the year as we saw this being long term.

No word from them, I have a check in my hand for $2100 just waiting for the call so we could go in and sign

So I gave them a ring and said Hey Kelly I’m ready to head your way is that okay

She says “I’m sorry but the owner has decided to go another direction if you’d like I have a couple spaces upstairs that you could come in and see”

First off WHAT!!!!

Second WHHHYY

Third NO.

-This is the space I’ve been fully invested in. I just spent $200 on a new LLC, had the check for $2100 ready to take in. Had an appointment with my bank to set up a new account. I had pulled permits from the city, Insurance was already approved..

-I went in to see the other spaces, thinking maybe there’s a better opportunity and they show me a STORAGE CLOSET. Literally.

I asked to speak with Barbra, she was VERY nice and apologetic. She said that she was told I ONLY wanted a six month lease. No. I told her that it was just one of the questions I had asked in my list of questions that we took. That we were fully prepared to start with the year lease as we saw this long term. I said I couldn’t imagine the current tenant being nearly as invested in the space as we had been (I explained to her every thing that we had done to move in to this space) I told her that Kelly was just supposed to call me when the lease was ready to sign. I didn’t receive a phone call. Nothing. I have tried and TRIED to take this with a smile on my face, ready to move on.

But it is so hard to let this go. To make it worse I had JUST finished my webpage on top of everything ^^^^ else I had already done. I spoke with my neighbor & friend, Matt Johnston our city councilman as well as my realtor and a few others. I explained that yes I know that this happens in commercial and they all said “but it should NEVER happen, that it’s BAD BUSINESS being that I was told it was mine and was just waiting for the call to go in and sign”

Not only do I host extravagant styled shoots for the community but I have built a profound name for myself and am completely shocked still, that they would do this to me. I was told numerous times to leave reviews on their page and was not interested in doing so. As I have spent days in tears and emotionally drained. Yes this has taken a toll on me and writing this, changes nothing. I just have such a hard time with this loss as it was so close to my heart and wanted to share. Please be aware..

My wife and I were planning on staying in Brighton because we had both agreed on liking the area and the kids loved their school. The apartments that we were getting out of was horrible and so we needed to get out of them asap. We came to Lambert Reality after seeing a for rent sign and we fell in love with the town home after getting a tour. We immediately started paperwork and turned it in with a couple of days. This is when everything went down hill. We waited for two weeks, calling every two to four days to get an update on the property. Apparently the owner of the rental was out of town, and Lambert failed to tell us until last minute when we expressed our concerns and frustration. Once the owner was back, we were asked to provide payment history so I turned that in that day. Another week and a half goes by. No communication at all from Lambert on what was going on, not even hey, the owner is still reviewing things. NOTHING. I had walked into the office when I turned in the payment history asking if the property in Fort Lupton was still available if the owner decides on some one else. My wife and I were on a time limit and we cant afford more meaningless lingering. At that time, the lady had said, if the owner of the rental of the Brighton one doesn't pan out, she would be happy to transfer things to the Fort Lupton and go that way. NEVER heard anything on that. One of the phone conversations I had with Lambert was explaining to them that we needed to land a place to live as soon as possible and that's why we were pressing on the time limit. The response I got from her was, "have you tried any other companies for your rental needs," sounding snoody. I don't recommend this reality for the fact that they don't communicate in a professional manner, communicate in a timely fashion, lack decorum, lack costumer appreciation for people wanting to work with them, and being rude along with no respect.

Believe me this is not the company you want to rent from. To sum up my experience, they don't fix anything, the property I rented was poorly maintained, their communication is horrible and follow up is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor continue searching, this is not the nightmare you want!!

They rent houses to absolute trash renters and then the neighbors have to deal with them, but hey, at least they get money monthly. Absolute garbage company.

This building needs to be SHUT DOWN. There is ROACHES, BED BUGS, MOLD, WATER DAMAGE, CRACKED WALKS, LEAKS AND MUCH MORE. They came and checked on the water leaks (which is really bad, probably where all the mold is coming from) they took a few pictures and that was over a month ago and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE.

I have spent almost a month trying to get ahold of them. I have left voicemails and sent emails and have never gotten a response. Stay away from this company. Not worth it!
