Just hands down unprofessional and awful. If you have a house to sell avoid this place at all costs!! Don't be suprised if you show up for closing day and they don't even have the appointment or your names written down. They are absolutely disorganized and might even forget to send the lender closing packet documents meaning you won't get money you were promised. We signed a contract saying it could take up to 6 days to get funds just to find out Brenda forgot to send the original documents to the lender on time. Everything about this experience has been disgusting and wrong, I hope this place gets shut down. If there was a zero star option I would be using it! Don't trust the people here

On Thursday, March 30, 2023, had a 9 AM schedule closing. I must say my experience with this particular title company was not great, and Kelly Moore was the closing agent servicing our deal. I am a realtor, was representing my Buyer as a Buyer's agent. I must say her demeanor very rude, and her communication through subtle parts of the closing process was condescending. And she tried to mask her personality with a professional approach, not realizing that she really offended my buyer, as well as myself at the closing. She also was rude and condescending to my Buyer's lending Broker, and her processor while at the closing on my cell phone when I was attempting to get clarity on closing the deal. She really killed the spirit of celebration for my Buyer at the closing making subtle condescending remarks while at the closing.

This is only a brief summary of what happened. So in short, beware of this particular Closing agent. It's just sad that Land Title have this individual representing them to handle their title transactions.

This review is not a reflection of Land Title as a whole, only this particular individual. That they so happen to have working for and representing Land Title company.

This rating reflects the closing agent Kelly Moore that handling my loan. From a buyers first experience this was a nightmare. Felt like this closer was not a neutral party at all. This closing agent not only went out of her scope to send private emails to a lender about my loan but created numerous issues between the lender, broker, processor and realtor. Eventually her actions lead to a 8+ Hr closing and extension of the loan. Not to mention, she was rude, with a whole negative demeanor. A nightmare dealing with this closing agent.
