I highly recommend this title agency to all. Bill & his staff went above & beyond to stop the fraudulent sale of my property. Very poor communication. No communication unless I reached out as sellers, We did a remote settlement and specifically asked for a wire and we got a check instead even after multiple attempts to get it sorted. Every response was “did you see my email?” Who sends an email on the day of settlement? Pick up the phone and call. Would not use again.

Update: Bill got personally involved and resolved the issues. Appreciated his professionalism and prompt attention.

Very unprofessional. Conducted a remote settlement, one of the female reps actually hung up on me when I inquired about the status of my payment ( I was the seller). Heaven forbid I wanted a tracking number and update on my payment. No one even bothered to reach out to give me the time or place of settlement until the day of. Would never use again. This company was chosen by the buyers bank. Very poor communication and very unprofessional.
