Billy at United Country Real Estate was PHENOMENAL!!! Would HIGHLY recommend him in any of your real estate needs. His professional knowledge, online marketing skills and talented photography are what made the difference in selling our home! He was able to list and get an out-of-state buyer for our home in the smallest, most rural town of O'Brien FL. Lands of North Florida was great to work with. The owner followed up with us when one of the realtors did not contact us. This put us in contact with Kelly Brown. Kelly Brown of Lands of North Florida Realty was superb to work with. We were moving to Live Oak from Central Florida and she worked very hard to find us listings that met our desires. Reference United Country -Lands of North Florida Realty, my husband and I recently encountered a most accommodating sales experience with Billy and Enola Golightly. Per our request, they used their most professional marketing strategy to arrive at a fair selling price on some parcels of land that we wanted to sell. The negotiation process was handled by them with the highest level of integrity. We are not "computer saavy" , so with much patience, they talked us through the e-sign internet closing process. Enola has been hands down, the best realtor we have ever worked with! We are from out of the area, and were looking to purchase a piece of property. We contacted many agents asking questions and were basically told that they "weren't available on the weekends." Not only did Enola take our calls on the weekends, she also answered late night, and early morning emails. We were always able to get immediate answers to any questions. Not to mention, she was able provide us with step by step instructions to find the properties, and she even took time to plot out different properties on a map for us to follow! She went over and beyond for us, even visiting a property to take photos for us when we had questions regarding access to the property. She clearly has our best interest at heart, and because of her we will be closing on our property next month. I cannot say enough, how sweet and kind this woman is, and we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!
