I have been using Lawyer's First Title as my preferred Title Company for almost 7 years now. My Closer, Lisa, is the absolute best and I know I can always get real time updates etc from her during my Transactions. Gus and Glen are always friendly and helpful during my Closings and that helps with my Clients feeling comfortable during their signings. They cashed my escrow check, and when I walked away from a home purchase after an inspection period, I was told my refund check for $10,000 escrow was mailed on Tuesday Aug 25th.
The mail had to travel 15 miles fro their office to my home. It took 5 days to get my money back, which may not seem long, but who in their right mind sends a $10,000 check by regular US Mail. I would have driven there to pick it up or they could have used Priority Mail. I guess $10,000 isn't a lot of money to them.
