If I fill out the application with my wife, but she or I can't come in at the same time due to a conflict work schedule, does she or I need to have the form notarized? Also is it too late for me to take care of this to be able to apply for this year we just bought our house last year in May.

Such a great, organized office, amazing ladies over there helping you every step of the way and moving line so professionally and quickly. Overall office is clean and well maintained, every station equipped with gloves and sanitizer. They limit crowd by using electronic texting system notifying you about your turn. I just moved to Cape Coral from Miami and I just wish people would get service as good as in this Ft Mayer’s office. They made my visit pleasant and quick. Great job and big thank you!

I went in to the Lee County Property Appraisers office with my mother who was approached by a female asking how she could help us. My mother explained that she had a quitclaim deed, and was immediately interrupted by the female employee who said we have to go to a lawyer or title company. I began to clarify to make sure that she understood our question. I managed to get out the words, "just so we understand each other-" when the employee interrupted AGAIN by stating the same line, "lawyer or title company".

I'm not upset by the outcome, I'm upset by how god-awful this lady acted toward my mother and I. One star, wish I could give less. Pathetic customer service.

Our property has an easement road and it's in the Lee County Public Record, but Lee County Property Appraiser gave it to two other neighboring parcels on their website.
