Legacy is a comfortable place to be. As a complex, they have a clubhouse where activities are set up for residents occasionally, there is a large pool with ample seating, the pool area also features outdoor games like giant chess and connect four. There is a gym and playground on site. The pond in the center of the complex features a walking path around it and fountains, which makes for a lovely view. You will also find garages here. The property as a whole is very well maintained. The landscaping is groomed and free of litter. The parking lots are also well maintained and easy to navigate. The apartment I stayed in had a functional and open design. It was in good repair and felt like home. I had a small issue with an area on my balcony and both management and maintenance were quick to respond and resolve it. This apartment complex is in a central location to everything the Space Coast has to offer. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend anyone to rent from here.

My husband and I have lived here happily for 3.5 years! We love the staff; they are always eager to help and so friendly. We have never had an issue go unsolved after bringing it to their attention. We also love all the monthly events, they add something special to living here that I've never experienced at another complex. Our kids enjoy the playground, which was recently renovated and even better than before, and the giant connect four play area by the pool. We have no regrets about choosing to live and raise our family here thus far 😊

This is our first time to Florida for the winter. They do three month rentals which was what we were needing. My first impression was from my phone inquiry last July. Michele was so helpful & sent the information to help make our decision. I had to call a number of times with questions and if Robert and/or Monse' (sp?) Instead of Michelle answer they were as friendly & knowledgeable. We decided on Legacy & what a GREAT choice!! The complex is beautiful & so we'll kept. As I thought would happen, when we walk into the office we see smiles & a cordial welcome. There is a playground for our little granddaughter who lives nearby & a beautiful grill area. Can't wait for weather to warm to use the awesome pool. Our neighbors have made us very welcome & the kids love to pet our little dogs. Right now we are planning to get on the rental list for next year!! I forgot...we are convenient to everything!! Thanks legacy staff...especially Michelle, Robert & Monse'!! Kindest regards. Jane D

We gave had a great experience so far at Legacy. Every month they do family friendly activities and give aways. The price is very reasonable and the amount of space is good for an apartment. You can rent out garage spaces for a decent price also. Great location. Overall we love it here.

Awesome place to live in Melbourne.. Hands down. Close to everything! Friendly staff, maintenance crew is awesome on getting the work orders finished. Great for a family living or Corporate level living!! I have been here for 3 years and still counting!!

I did a tour. The golf cart was a little scary. The apartments I viewed looked nice. I do wish they offered in unit washer/dryer but sadly they do not.
Might consider living here because the other things they offer and the location are great.
