I'm writing this Review to let you know how great it was working with real estate agent Melissa Moore. Melissa provided me with all the resources and support I needed to view and begin my purchase from out of state and made my purchase a smooth and seamless process.

Melissa's support was thorough and efficient throughout the entire time I contacted her, through negotiations with the seller, and right up to the point of closing. With all of my questions and processes I worked on, she was a wealth of information and her turn-around time to get answers from the seller and information from the local bank were extremely quick. Not only did she help me stay within my budget, Melissa was always such a pleasant person to work with and made me feel like I was a friend that had my best interest in mind. Considering my low-end purchase, she treated me as if I was her only client and that was buying a high-end home.

She allowed me to have minimal worries during an important and stressful time in my life, which allowed me move forward with my purchase and confidence in your Agency. As a buyer, I am recommending her to anyone I know that is looking to buy but for a seller, then need to know she also is working her butt off to sell for them.

We worked with Marilyn Sakelaris a few times over the past 11 years to find our perfect home. She is definitely the best realtor we have ever worked with. Her patience and kindness is immeasurable. Our 1st experience working with Marilyn was her showing us many beautiful homes in great neighborhoods. However we were gun shy due to our own previous home owning experiences not being that great. We decided to give up and rented a home for several years. We apologized to Marilyn for taking up so much of her time. Her response was perfect “I only do this to see people happy in their new home, if it’s not perfect don’t force it”.
