From first meeting Liss Cartagena she was so friendly and knowledgeable!! We explained what we were looking for and that we knew it may be hard to find and Liss went to work for us and did not give up. Liss is very knowledgeable about the areas and the houses as well as mortgages, if there is anything that she doesn’t know she will definitely find out. She is so friendly and energetic not to mention she is always dressed professionally.

A Great Experience working with LIss Cartagena! We first met Liss at an open house a few years ago. She kept in touch with emails. When we were ready to sell, she told us what to do to get the house ready for sale. She came to us with comparables of houses similar to ours in our neighbohood and what they sold for. We were then able to determine a selling price. Liss held many open houses in order to find a buyer. Even our neighbors were all telling us "Your realtor is working so hard for you, she holds so many open houses every week!" She always let us know how many people came through the open houses and if there was interest. She always called to give us notice when she was going to be bringing someone by to see the house. Liss always was professional in her speech, her demeanor and her dress. Liss is an asset to her realty company. We enjoyed working with her and we are sure you will too.
