Angela B was unprofessional and she didn’t know how to talk to a customer and do the simple work what she’s got.. She can’t answer a question. Just repeat the the same answer what is not contained information and laughed. When I moved in they were hurrying to lunch and I missed an information what cost most me more than $460 after 7 months of moving out

I cannot get a bill on time to put into my bill pay online. It comes too late to process that. So I have had to call many times to get the amount of the bill to be paid. I called to ask if I could get an email in advance, since they cannot send the bills out in time to be paid from my online banking and I was told on 10/15/21 that I could receive an email in advance and still get a paper bill. I have not received an online bill nor a paper bill finding out today that my email address was misspelled therefore no bill. If I had another choice of Utility companies I would GLADLY transfer to a company that would be user friendly and really able to take care of customers. The frustration at the end of EVERY month is absolutely ridiculous! (I only gave 1 star because that is the only way you can post, otherwise no star needed.)

Ridiculous how they just started to charge a fee on paying online using debit cards and E Payments. Not only did they go up on prices and now this . Everyone now adays pay online and have debit cards so why charge ? Y'all are becoming pathetic like Duke energy .

I've lived here since 2015. No problems. They give me water and pick up my trash. I pay them. Website could be better, but I don't really care.

I cant say enough about these guys and ladies here. So sweet and helpful. They are so quick to help and answer all my questions and even stop their day the check and make sure the info is correct. You guys are great keep up the great customer service
