Sharon Bradshaw was amazing - she went beyond the call of duty to hold the hand of the buyer while keeping me (the seller) fully informed of what was going on. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient. She answered every question I had and if she didn't know the answer she quickly found it for me. As I had already moved out of the area, when something needed to be fixed she arranged for it, and when I wanted to keep some of the garden stepping stones that had special meaning to me she had her husband remove them and stack them so I could pick them up. I would definitely use her again and I would recommend her to any of my friends who might need an agent. Thank you Sharon for a job very well done.

Sharon has taken over Louises real estate after she passed away. I should have known something was up when the new bag of cat food disappeared from the home after signing a contract with her!. I listed my fathers estate with her and she tried to sell it out from under the trust completely disregarding the contract we had signed. I should have reported her, sorry I didn't . Be very careful, this woman is a snake!

Not happy working (or not working) with this realtor.
This realtor prefers working with men as she only communicated with my husband. Our "new remodeled" home still has a broken window and 2 sliding glass doors were never replaced, as per our contract and text messages. Disappointed this happy time was not what it should have been.
