ABSOLUTE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER. They are managing two of our homes. Curtain rods broken in multiple spots, piles of dirt from ants everywhere, cockroaches. Removed our mattress toppers and crammed them in a corner of the garage to collect lizard poop and other disgusting things. Inch tall piles of lizard poop every where in the garage which has air hockey and fuse ball in it. The garage door was hanging off the track over the air hockey table and could have severely hurt someone. The kitchen garbage can was sitting on the side the house so the guests had no garbage.

When the relationship was still good, we tried to coax them to come meet with us via the phone, I had a finished carpenter over who overheard our conversation. He looked up and said please tell me you don't pay them and they talk to you like that. YEP!

Our place looks like a 3rd world country under their care.

They have refused, absolutely refused to walk the property with me. Their employee KR screamed liar at me on a conference call with me ( a phone call I literally had to beg for ) with her grand kids screaming and dogs barking in the background.

Burned out lightbulbs everywhere. The pool bathroom was locked from the inside, no one on their team nor the cleaners had anytime how long it had been locked for. No one had a key.

Just disgusting!!!!

I'm very annoyed just entered the property about 15 minutes ago the pool has worms and what appears to be algae. I called the property manager. Spoke with Bryan who identified himself as a manager. I requested that the pool be cleaned it's dirty. Bryan told me it's the run off from the pool deck. Pool maintenance is scheduled for Saturday ? (it's Thursday). They can send someone over for an extra fee! Seriously I just got here! They new a family was checking in! Shouldn't everything be clean and ready for the guest to arrive! I'm so disappointed what a way to start my vacation! If I could them negative stars I would loyalty vacation rentals SUCK! Never again!

So disappointing! The MAIN reason for booking this house was for the pool. We arrive and it’s freaking green! I called to complain about it and they explained to me that the pool was just checked the day before our arrival and they saw that something was broken. They fixed it and shocked the pool and proceeded to tell me that I might not be able to use the pool until the next afternoon! Totally unacceptable especially having young kids that have been dying to swim. On top of the pool, the steps on the staircase were falling apart as you walked on them, screws sticking out of steps where they are easily stepped on, dirty toilets, moldy coffee maker, refrigerator not cooling properly, blinds on the ground,TVs not working properly, wasps in the screen area AND fake fingernails in the pool when we could FINALLY get into it halfway through the stay! ? You would think for 2k that these things would have been taken care of before we arrived right When I brought up all of my concerns after checkout, I was told that I should have told them about everything when we were there so that they could have fixed them at the time. Sooo you think it’s acceptable to have all these maintenance people come into the house to make repairs that should have already been done while my family is staying in there? Yeah right ? Extremely dissatisfied with our stay and will never be using Loyalty Homes again! Save your money and book somewhere else!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!

We stayed April 2022 for 1 week in 1 of the vacation homes. We have used loyalty homes now known as "Magical Stays" for many years now and usually stay once a year for a week. Kelly in the office is very responsive and helpful when there is a issue within the home. Her husband who cleans the pools for the company came and did a great job at cleaning the pool and was very kind also. The quality of customer service is great. The only negative is although the property was clean upon arrival the property is severely outdated. Appliances were older, oven had trouble closing, bad ant problem in the kitchen (due to older windows and bad sealant around them). For the price comparison to other modern like kind rentals with pools I believe the properties we have stayed at could be more updated inside. However due to the great customer service we continue to stay with "Magical Stays" every year regardless of the properties not being updated like others inside. I would recommend this company to others due to the great customer service aspect and the ease of booking the rental and being able to check in and out of property with ease.

This home made our vacation even more amazing. We stayed in the Formosa Gardens community, it only took a few minutes to get to the parks! When we first arrived at the property we were amazed at how clean and beautiful it was. The home was so spacious and we loved the cute themed kids rooms. A favorite amenity had to be the home theater, with a huge screen and comfy chairs. The huge pool area was so relaxing and fun to use after long, hot Florida days in the sun! The management company was so kind and helpful to us during our stay. It was so comforting to not have to worry about anything during our vacation. We cannot wait to come back and stay with Loyalty Vacation Homes again!

We will never stay in a Loyalty Home again.

I cannot recommend this company. The house was okay, not great for the price we paid. Outside was dirty, full of spider webs and dead insects. The net over the pool had numerous holes and the pool was dirty. Inside we had to rewash all the kitchen stuff because they were sticky.

But what was worse was the company itself because they make their money on extra BS exaggerated charges. Like the pool heat ($30/day) but you can only have it with the jacuzzi ($15/day) and you have to book for 4 days minimum and pay turn on fee and management fee.. but it took them more than 2 days since we requested to actually send someone to turn on the heat...

And they make up charges and damages for rooms we didn't use.

This company is not easy to deal with, compared to other ones they need too many documents and papers and have to many hoops (you have to stop by the office by 5PM so they can give you paperwork that can be emailed) you need to jump through that when you travelling on vacation is not something you want to do.

The place was In a Beautiful area! The way the house is set up is very beautiful and the master bedroom is amazing. However the pool wasn’t very good, the filter wasn’t working and the pool started getting filthy and unsanitary. The bbq can have an upgrade specially when you pay to rent it. I expected the bbq to be much bigger and nicer. The showers were clean but they would get clogged constantly. Only one Tv worked in the entire house which it wasn’t very convinient. Other than that everything was accurate.
