Fantastic communication and very kind and understanding during emergencies.
They are professional and thorough to make sure they follow all the rules and honor human needs. They have a solid foundation and make their decisions very wisely.

Their maintenance and housekeeping team is great and very swift in their work. The main gentleman that handles rent and general maintenance specifically started learning Spanish (with the help of his kids who were students), so he could better interact with Hispanic tenants.
There is a lot of care that these people have and show to their tenants. They are also good examples to their kids by choosing to learn and help others through a language barrier.

Very pleased with this company and their employees 🙂

Honestly this business seems like a craigslist scam. The back of a gas station location just makes it shadier. I hope their clients understand that they lose good tenants due to inaction and combative communication. I would rather not have someone so unprofessional as my contact for my housing. Too many red flags for me to take that risk. Chat gpt would do a better job vetting tenants.

Highly unprofessional.
I have been trying to email them about renting an apartment for the past few months. They are highly unresponsive and very unprofessional. They take up to two weeks to respond to a single email (then two weeks again to reply to a second email) and never pick up the phone. If they were to accept my application at this point (two months after I filled it out), I would decline to move in (if an emergency happens like a burst pipe, am I just supposed to wait two weeks for them to actually respond?). If this is how they treat the people who are trying to give them money to rent, then I can’t imagine how they treat the people that actually rent from them. Very disappointed in this company.

do NOT use this property mgnt company..they are white trash and that their properties the same..I just had a situation with them where one of their tenants left a trashy couch out by the road for weeks..real eyesore..it ended up on my front porch blocking my front door..a real safety violation. I actually called the police to document what had happened.. called Mallon and told them what had happened and asked them to please move the couch off the premises they never returned my call. A week later I actually paid my trash company to remove it..their own tenant called and they never called her back. She was embarrassed to have the couch outside of her front door also....I have called.. about another situation where theirs tenant was kicking a soccer ball in the driveway and was hitting our cars that belonged to my tenants..once again call the police and called Mallon never got a call back from them obviously they are just out for the money they don't care about their property their neighbors properties do not ever use this property management company ever

Mallon Management is extremely professional and helpful. They take their applicants seriously and make sure all rules are followed. We had a few minor issues due to weather and they were there within minutes. Cost was reasonable and they were always kind ad helpful.
