Mal intencionada la empleada que notariza los divorcios. Fui junto con mi esposo para llenar el paquete porque estamos separados de mutuo acuerdo y la empleada escogió y notarizó los documentos, hicimos el pago para recibir un email diciendo que tengo que rehacerlo todo. Le recordé que ella fue quien escogió, revisó y notarizó los documentos del paquete, el resto me los devolvió y agitando la mano me dijo que tengo que rehacerlo y que haga lo que dice el email y ya.

Very and highly rude customer service. I had an issue regarding my parenting plan and child support issues through the court. The courts couldn’t even tell me what paperwork I need to file or even give me directions online on how to look up the information. But yet they can keep sending my paperwork back to me time after time after time, making me miss file deadline due dates. While the other party being the mother, she gets help from them everytime something needs to be filed. Yet I’m the parent who hasn’t seen my kids in 5 years because of the damn courts and the mother and they seem not to care as long as I stay current with child support. Well if I don’t pay child support then the courts are quick to come arrest me or suspend my license. This court system and people are very very biases and judgmental against fathers who are actually wanting to be in their kids life but can’t because of the courts and the mother. They can’t even help you nor or guide you in the right direction, all they say is wait for a case manager to call you and no one ever does. You never hear anything until a court date is filed against you. How can a court system be so biases and Judemental towards fathers who are actually present in the kids life but yet the courts don’t care as long as you pay your child support. What’s the point of even going in to ask for help!!! I wouldn’t recommend any services from these type of judgmental people or courts. They don’t care about your case at all!!!!

To the awesome people who take care of the passports thank you so much for making the process of getting a passport easy. The two folks at the counter were so patient and fully explained everything about the process. Made the process very easy. The folks at the cashier window were awesome to. Thanks to all in the office for making my visit so simple.

Don't even get me started on this place. The traffic department sucks. Very disorganized and most of the staff is extremely rude. Every employee gives you different information and they are all over the place. They have wasted so much of my time and energy. They're also money hungry. Very quick to throw extra fees at you for anything and everything. The supervisor is rude and needs to train her employees better so they are all on the same page. Because its very frustrating making MULTIPLE trips to the courthouse for them to tell you that the person on the phone gave you wrong information AGAIN. The women who work in the violence prevention area (wherever you get restraining orders.. i cant remember the name of the dept) are VERY NICE AND HELPFUL AND DESERVE 12 STARS. Love those ladies. They treat you like a human being and not a criminal.

The worst customer service I wasn’t understanding a issue with a payment I was told by Phara either from the court payment or financial Recovery Department that she don’t understand why I’m understanding because she keep explaining the same situation over and over I even asked her a few questions and she gave me the wrong answer so that’s what made the issue worse this not the first time having issues the worst place ever glad I moved out of Manatee County.

Just this week, my fiancé and I decided we couldn’t wait any longer and wanted to hit the courthouse and tie the knot!

After taking an all day fishing charter we drove straight to the Manatee County Courthouse with our cooler full of fish. 🤣

It was important to us that we get married on that specific date and with only minutes to spare before closing time (sorry to be that person) we were welcomed by the nicest staff. Even the officers at the front check in were so nice and helpful!

We want to thank Rhonda Powers for taking extra special care of us! Even though we came last minute, she took the time to make sure we felt special in our moment. Walking us out to the courtyard and taking some pictures for us to remember.

I haven't been to the ⚖️courthouse in years but I had to pay a traffic fine in person 🚔 I dreaded every part of it! Ugh!
*Parking~no problem, 🅿️no charge, and nearby without walking very far!
*Automated intersection crossing areas~🚦this made all the lanes of vehicles stop far enough away that walking across the road was not scary! 🚸
*Area Views~ 🏛the restoration of Old Main Street and the area completely around the courthouse, including the exterior of the courthouse is absolutely beautiful & well-manicured & so clean! All businesses around it have followed suit! It's like it's own little-old town of Bradenton! A+
*Entering the Courhouse~ went through the security check along with an x-ray of my purse. It was bright & clean inside with restrooms 🚻& a sitting area nearby. All the employees & police officers were friendly and helpful if people had questions!
*Finding My Way~ 🛎Looking down a very long corridor are easy-to-read signs in “English” hanging down from the ceiling! Each sign was specific to where fines or payments had to be paid. I went to “Traffic” and waited a few minutes only to find out I did not bring my updated vehicle registration to pay the fine! Ugh! 😒
*Repeat~ After walking back to my vehicle, getting my registration, back to the courthouse, through the security, and back to the traffic receptionist counter I had all my information to pay my fine! Yippy! 😁
*Cashier~ If you pay by debit or charge you will pay a small fee, no big deal! 🧾
I paid the fine and I had to go back to the traffic receptionist so she could clear & update my driver's license and vehicle registration!
👮🏼Now when my license plate is “scanned” by a police officer 👮🏻‍♂️everything will be on the “up & up!” and I am once again a law-abiding citizen! 🥇
Overall my experience went just fine! ✅

Pleasantly surprised. From the easy security check to helpful guidance, found the Recorder office and again helpful staff and 5 minutes later at Cashier and walking out. Doesn't get any easier.
