More third party companies with their red light camera equipment and speeding equipment that doesn't even function properly. Ticketing when no violation was committed. We all know how they shortened red lights back when red light cameras were everywhere. Basically making the light turn faster to initiate the camera and make more money off people.

Hello! This was the location I chose to get my first vaccine!
Upon signing up , I was called the very next day.
Arriving only 15 minutes early, as asked, you can be on your way within 30 minutes. There is an exception to this. If you check the box on your paperwork, EpiPen users, then they place a red placard under your wiper.
An additional 30 is added and after your vaccine shot, your are asked to drive forward into the Wait Line.
From the beginning, this site is well organized and you move through the line, rather quickly.
Present ID & forms, move foward. Temperature check, move forward. They check the paper in hand, hand you your next appointment card, move forward. Last step before shot, your asked to take photo of your appointments card, they also take photo. Move foward.
Nurse walks up with Vax in hand, you get your vax. That's it unless they want you to wait.
Please put your card in your cars glove box or dash cubby.
Your done to drive away.

Manatee's Automated Red Light Enforcement System falls under Manatee County Public Safety Department.
This is a total racket. Right turn on red is contested in public discussions and contestable per statute 316.0083:
"(2) A notice of violation and a traffic citation may not be issued for failure to stop at a red light if the driver is making a right-hand turn in a careful and prudent manner at an intersection where right-hand turns are permissible."
However, the appeal process still forces a $50 fee, with risks of adding $250 to the original violation. To contest in court, the violation has to convert to an official traffic citation, with added financial risk.
This is an automated system for generating revenue. The "officer" approving the citation does not have a legible name, just "ID 11001710". This is not community policing, it is not a safety enhancement. It's an arbitrary tax without a reasonable way to appeal to the legal statute.

Hire people with class. Observed your employee Adam Guaschino acting classless, arrogant and disrespectful towards a local restaurant staff member. He began using foul language in front of other customers with small kids around.He was wearing his Manatee County Public Safety shirt and representing our city the wrong way.
