Las muchachas de la oficina son un asco de personas con todo respeto es lo peor para el servicio al cliente deberían tener algo bueno no puro cochinero actúan como si te ayudaran y en verdad no hacen nada solamente les vale las opiniones de los inquilinos la peor experiencia es con Mango Gold no se las recomiendo.

The employees at Mangold are amazing! Dianna was prompt and very friendly throughout the process, and I am so grateful for her! Same with the women working at the front desk, they were so sweet every time I interacted with them, even the times when I probably asked TOO many questions (lol). Highly recommend ?

I know there are some good things for the company, but be prepared to pay more than the rent (if you need maintenance), and be prepared to lose the deposit. Even though we cleaned up very well, and never had anything damaged (since we only stayed for several months), they would still charge the cleaning fee and (more important) high paint fee.

Mangold doesn’t even deserve one star , if you’re reading this review, do yourself a solid and find another property manager unless you enjoy getting treated poorly and having your time wasted while paying a premium to live in a wonderful termite infested apartment.

I rented an apartment w/Mangold Property for two years. Great location. Had to move due to work relocation. On site property managers were always available and responsive. However, don't expect to get your security deposit returned. You're better off to repaint and hire a professional cleaner yourself and submit the invoices as proof the work has been done. Corporate gets overcharged by subs and passes the cost down to you. They never did fix the dishwasher with their money, but they sure were quick to use my money.
