Maple at Starling Place Rental Homes

I absolutely love living here. The homes are new and the backyards are so big ! My kids love it. Management staff are very friendly and wonderful! Any time I have an issue at the house the maintenance man is quick to stop by and fix the problem. There is also ADT security that makes my home feel secure! And gives me peace of mind. Awesome place to live.

This place bullies and harasses people to get what they want, but they can't be bothered to provide safe drinking water for the people living in the community. Don't move here; stay far away if you have children or small dogs. We were forced to put our garbage cans in the backyard or face eviction. We let them know stray dogs would dig under the fence to come into our yard to which they said they don't care it's not their problem, so to avoid further harassment from the office staff, we put the cans in the back. Sure enough, our dog was attacked by another dog that got into our yard. Thank you so much for your lack of caring or consideration for anyone's well-being. We will send you the vet bill.

Very expensive place to live. The requirements are ridiculous for San Jacinto. I don’t know why they think most people would make 9k/month unless they have multiple adults in the home. California pricing is just ridiculous! Also the charge an extra $125 a month for landscaping that they don’t do. I don’t recommend this for most people with families as the rent goes up even more after one year. It’s just not feasible. My suggestion would be to skip renting here, move out of state and buy yourself a house.

I am proud to call Maple at Starling Place my home. Not only it is a new home but the landscape and backyard are amazing. The garage can fit two vehicles. The driveway of the garage can fit four vehicles. So, if you have up to six vehicles, this community is the place for you. The interior is amazing and my family is enjoying every bit of it. Management staff are awesome and amazing! The maintenance guy is on top of his job. We are truly honored to live here, and we will continue to live here for many years to come. Lisette especially made our experience great. The properties were beautiful. We learned a lot from Ana at Heritage homes which is a sister property. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Lisette helped us every step of the way through the application process. We couldn't have done it without her help and guidance. And Doreen saw us through the final step which was a blessing. Thank you again ladies, everything including the properties, help and kindness deserves 5 Stars !!!!! Anthony and Charlotte ️

My adult children were very sad to hear how expensive to rent these homes when purchasing is available for lesser payment's and it's ur equality not a company

Appears it's going to be a nice new clean middle class neighborhood. Still under construction though.

Neighborhood is coming together. Lots of people moving in.
