We rented a home for two weeks and the process couldn't have gone better. They promptly answered all of our questions and gave us a wealth of information about Marco Island. When we arrived we found brand new pillows still in their wrappers and there was jazz playing over the home's speakers which was a cool touch. We expected to have to go to the store yet were surprised to find bottled water, napkins, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc which was awesome! We actually had a minor issue and ended up having to call Marco Escapes at 2AM at one point during our stay and to our surprise they showed up within ~15 minutes! I expected the rep to be groggy and/or a bit annoyed and to be honest I would have been if it was me. However, the rep was EXTREMELY nice and when I apologized about having to call so late the rep responded with "That's what we're here for!" This minor issue really showed just how well Marco Escapes is run. It's easy to think a company is great when things run smoothly but when something goes wrong that's when the true colors of a company shows. Marco Escapes treated this minor issue amazingly well. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again on our next trip to the island. Thanks Marco Escapes!

Property we stayed at: Newell Terrace. Absolutely stunning property. The official pictures don't really do it justice. The view from the balcony and pool is stunning.

Angela and the Marco Escapes staff were professional and responded in a timely manner with whatever questions we had. We stayed at Somerset unit 208 which was impeccable. This unit was beautifully decorated, updated and equipped with anything you could possibly want or need. The view of the beach and sunset are second to none. Working with Marco Escapes and especially Angela made the whole process, including check-in and out very easy. She was extremely approachable and thorough paying attention to every detail. In our opinion Marco Escapes goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

We just back from our week long vacation in Marco Island and we absolutely loved it. I just happened upon Marco Escapes while googling houses to rent in Marco Island. Communication from start to finish was outstanding. Kindle goes above and beyond even on her days off to get back to as quickly as possible. The house we stayed at was beautiful and was in a great location. They had music playing when we fist came into the house on day one which I thought was a nice touch as well. We would definitely use this company again for future stays in Marco.

It would have been perfect if there had been some comfortable outdoor chairs and a table on the 2nd floor balcony Where you could sit to watch the beautiful sunsets.
