I just want to describe explicit my thankfulness to Cindy Crews for her exceptional job and efforts to sell my property in Bradenton. My house was empty, as I had moved to Atlanta. Meanwhile we passed through 2 strong hurricanes in Bradenton. During all these times Cindy has taken care of my house going daily to see if there was a damage and also working with contracts to fix the small damages caused by the hurricane, without saying that she took the initiative to take care of the garden / grass cutting etc.. Nothing of this was included in our agreement to sell my house! She did it all on a good will, that helped us to maintain the house in a good condition to sell the house, which happened on November 1st.

Kate Reimler was amazing. We were looking in the Bradenton, FL area and found Kate. She quickly helped us get more info on a house in an area we were interested in, and scheduled a walk thru for us w/in 24 hours. Unfortunately that deal fell through and we were crushed. Nothing that Kate did wrong, it just wasn't meant to be. Kate was ready the day the deal fell through... which happened to be Christmas eve, with other options for us to consider. A week later, on New Years eve no less, we found ourselves spending time with Kate putting in another offer.
