Zero stars if I could. Without notifying me geico raised my bill from $89 a month, To $125 a month, then finally $150 a month (have a clean driving record as well). Just switched to progressive and my bill is at 89 where it started 3 years ago. Fkk geico long and strong ✌️

Friendly and efficient. Old fashioned customer service. The office is very good but then cancelled by GEICO for minor parking lot claim with no payout. If you atre 50+ go with AARP or Progressive. Friends said don't go with GEICO. Customer svc lacking consistency in claim handling. Contacted and spoke to at least 3 claim reps asking same questions.

Another agent, Abby had left a very friendly and professional voicemail a few weeks back after I had saved an application. Basically the agency did a fine job following up and delivering. Good work.
