I normally don't write negative reviews, I typically just move on with my life after a transaction and just forget about it but this transaction is one of those that's worthy of one of those reviews. Jeanne is most likely the worst agent to deal with at least as a seller which in that case, is me. She brought some buyers to view our home and for some odd reason thought an offer 20k below listing was a good first offer but we already had another offer so we gave Jeanne and her clients the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to counter to which they did at 5k below listing but wanted some high priced items to be included so we declined and laughed it off and accepted the better offer from a different buyer.

About 1 week later we lost the contract from the first buyer and we contacted Jeanne and her clients again to see if they were still in the market for a home and they wanted to see the property that day, to which they did, in less than 2 hours, ok. My wife rushes to freshen up the house, get the kids and dog out so her clients can look at the house again. Finally the next day an offer comes in below listing (shocker) but wanted a lot of specific things to convey and was the worst negotiating experience of my life. Imagine negotiating with a used car salesman but they aren't responding reasonably to anything you are saying, that was this experience.

The whole transaction was horrible from bad negotiating, unprofessional behavior where she was asking me personal questions during a home inspection to the final portion of the sale. What agent does not show up to the closing of a home? Jeanne apparently does not know the difference between personal property and a fixture. I wholeheartedly believe this transaction would have been a better experience if Jeanne was not the buyers agent and we would have never had to deal with her.
