I have been a renter with market place realty llc for a few years.
Alexis with Market Place Realty has been wonderful through out my process of being a renter. She is very transparent understanding and quick to respond anytime I have communicated with her.
The times that I had an issue with my rental where maintenance was needed she was very quick to responding and making sure all issues were corrected promptly.
In my past experiences it’s not very often you come across a landlord/property manger that is kind understanding, and communicates well and treats you like a human as Alexis does, so far experience has been great.

I have nothing but positive feedback for Marketplace, our leasing agency. Their maintenance and repair services have consistently proven prompt, hassle-free, and reliable to underscore a few key points. Throughout the ten years of renting with them, I've had to submit numerous maintenance requests, and Marketplace consistently addresses and resolves each issue satisfactorily and in a timely manner. Additionally, the $100 rent discount for payments made before the 1st day of the month is truly remarkable. Renting from Marketplace has been a consistently great experience!

Bernardo and Saul did a great job installing a dishwasher and sink, as well as repairing a pipe leak and shower issue. Their work is done professionally, they arrive on time, and are very respectful of your residence, leaving the work area clean and tidy. Really appreciate their great work ethic and commitment to getting the job done!

We have rented from this company for 2 years and have not had any issues. I think you have to be realistic about the property you are moving into. We have rented an older mobile home and while it's had a few issues it's been nothing extraordinary and any issues we have had were handled promptly and courteously. The maintenance men have always been pleasant and helpful. It's been an affordable place to live and I would recommend this company. Be kind, polite, care for the property you are renting and they will treat you the same in return.
