Carlos Ramirez is dishonest and a liar. After three years of paying rent, August 16th, he told us we have to move ASAP and he gave us until this Friday Sept 1st. I don't have money to move in Naples at the last minute...who does? He gave a letter saying what good tenants we are and even gave us two kittens two years ago. He is lying because there was a water leak in the next apartment and it wasn't reported timely by the neighbors, that water came into my kitchen. This is a single family house that he illegally sectioned into three apartments. Now he is lying saying that we don't pay the rent. I am the honest one here, not him. You cannot make up lies and try and throw disabled ♿ people in the street. Do not trust him. He is a dishonest liar! To top things off he accused my boyfriend of shutting off the circuit breaker in our apartment when we left. That circuit breaker is for all three apartments at 5241 19th Ct SW Naples FL. It just so happened to be in our apartment. Each apartment is supposed to have their own circuit breaker. So for three years we had to turn on the breakers EVERY time the electricity went off because of three families living in a single residence. Did we ever get a Thank you? No! He Lied again! Stay away from Carlos Ramirez for he is a snake. Do not trust or rent from him. Code enforcement was contacted and actions are being taken. Can't forget that he Lied about the deposit which was 800.00 paid September 2020 but he said we paid 500.00. He offered to refund our deposit if my boyfriend deleted his review. We still have both rental agreements with the 800.00 deposit we paid and the latter, (his LIE) the 500.00 ? He also said the other two families have to move out too, but when we asked the neighbor next to us with the leak if she had to move she said "No he fixed the leak." This is discrimination against the elderly and disabled. ♿

Carlos Ramirez works at Marzucco Real Estate and a residential building code violations and abuses senior citizens. He's a liar and illegally divided a single family home into a triplex without approval from Collier County Florida. He buys a single family home and in a month put walls up and ran plumbing and electric in the walls. The workmanship is as if they know nothing about electrical, plumbing and drywall. First he was supposed to have a permit that must be approved by the local government and the work must be done by a licensed contractor and if he does the work himself. It must be inspected and approved by an official. There was a leak in the walls that divided my end from the middle section of the house. He had a lady and man walk through my section whom he called inspectors. They found the leak in the middle section and fixed it. He said the leak cracked the foundation and the funny part is that the pipes are in the wall going to a washer on the other side. There was no water in my room. He put a paper on my door that he's evicting me for failure to report a leak that's not in my room. He has no authority to evict anyone without a court order from a judge. I have never been late for rent payments and have letters of recommendation from Ramirez of what good tenant I am. He changed up and now evicting me on a lie he fabricated. I just had heart surgery, need back surgery and can hardly walk because I fell on the walkway that caused me to be hospitalized and I got the records to prove it. I have to cat that he gave me and a girlfriend who's disabled like me and Carlos Ramirez is trying to force us out with an illegal eviction. He put an eviction notice on my door. How cruel and on the same day or about his grandmother died. Maybe he was abusing her too
Do not buy from this guy. I'm not sure about the other ppl that work at the same location. I invite them to come and check out what a slumlord that works for Marzucco is renting. I just had heart surgery and I am handicap. I have letters of recommendation by him and forcing eviction upon us too. He came at me once because I tried to explain that toilet paper can be flushed when there's a septic tank. He banged on my door say he dont care dont flush toilet paper and everyone on Hunter blvd dont flush toilet paper. The water pump and softer probably needs salt and if you want a good laugh. I asked him about if city water could be ran to the house. He lied and I almost busted out laughing when he says it will cost $5,000 LOL. The electric is bad. The kitchen light was out and a new bulb didn't work in it. He comes over and doesn't install it properly and upsidedown. The light still flickers all the time. The kitchen sink fell in and I reported it to him like all the other times something was not working. The toilet leaked. I didn't bother to tell him and put the wax ring in myself. I was a licensed skilled contractor, maintenance engineer and former steel fabrication and design. I'm here to tell you that he probably don't know how to read a tape measure or anything that involves skilled craftsman.
I wrote him and told him he's violated codes and laws so he gets mad and puts a bogus eviction notice on my door. I am not sure what's up his sleeves and I had to go to the police station and code enforcement because of his threats to my family. Stay away from this company. I attached pictures so you can see what a slumlord rents and the caring for the customers of Marzucco
