This title company was recommended by the realtor I used to sell my father's house. I live in PA and my father's house was in Panama City. I can't speak for everyone who works here, but the woman who handled everything from October, till we closed January 3rd was very discourteous every single time we spoke, or emailed. I had conversations with the realtor, and the lawyer about her rudeness. Every question I asked was met with an attitude as if I was a bother to her. She would then overcomplicate every answer, and fail to provide important instructions. This not only added more confusion, but also dragged out the process. I do not recommend using Suzanne Labarbra.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent transaction and the errors associated with the final closing disclosure.
Despite the notarized agreement that was in place, it appears that your company chose not to honor it. This decision has led to significant frustration on my part and has caused me to lose faith in your ability to effectively manage your clients' interests.
Due to this experience, I will not be engaging in any future business with your company. Additionally, I feel compelled to share my concerns with friends, family, and associates to ensure they are aware of my experience.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider how it may impact your relationship with other clients moving forward.

Update: The phone call from the so-called president of the Mason title and escrow company was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of seeking a resolution, he chose to blame the lending company and dismissed the suggestion for email communication between the three parties to find where the issue were. He’s words were, “I’m not going to do that because it doesn’t benefit me.” This approach reflects poorly on their commitment to customer service.

Checkout other options before settling with this one. Hope this review helps.

I find it very disturbing that the so called president of the company is responding while also lying about it. They in fact did give you the information at the beginning as they do every time they close with you. They use your company all the time so this fee/charge is standard practice. Just admit you didn’t want to do an email chain between the three parties because you would have been called out. Any business that refuses to admit when they messed up is doomed to repeat itself.
Again for all you future customers, take note on how this company just makes excuses rather than honoring its clients. If you care to comment again I will put a YouTube link to the conversation we had for others to hear for themselves.

Darlene D and Teresa K are an absolute pleasure to work with. I was referred to them by a colleague and they did not disappoint. They communicated with me in a timely fashion and we were even able to close early. Its hard to find a good title company so if you need one in Fl do yourself a favor and give Mason Title of Panama City a call.

It has been a long time since we bought a house but I believe I can truthfully say that our experience with Mason Title and Escrow Company has been wonderful. Suzanne LaBarbera has been so polite and helpful throughout the process. Suzanne accepted all our calls and had an answer for all our questions. I am sure that Mason Title has several Escrow Officers, but I believe Suzanne must be the best.

Mason Title was the closing agent chosen by the seller of the home I purchased. I am so glad. They were prompt with changes to the closing documents and very efficient. Since we were in Kentucky during the entire process I was apprehensive. Teri at Mason Title made it so easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Suzanne was great with paper work. However when my wire transfer did not happen in 24 hours as promised due to her internet going,
off line. I should have been notified that my life savings could not be transferred in the time stated. This put me in a panic. It could have been avoided with a simple courtesy call. Hence 3 stars.
