Tree trimming. Not complete left some palms cut and not others. This company has no regard to do quality check or to watch the people they higher to do a service for your property.
Smashed all of the beautiful hedge and ground covers we had in front of house.

So my HOA decided among themselves to hire this company with really low google reviews. There was a repair request for our deck near the ocean. Obviously in Florida you cannot put regular wood near the water or on the ground, due to subterranean termites. The pictures clearly show that they used the wrong wood for the repair. I called the office and told them to stop repair, Becky spoke to the fella and he continued to work. I mentioned the wood being the wrong material , he said he would go to the local hard ware store and pick up a small piece of pressure treated wood for the repair. They left and snuck back on the property and didn't see me looking right at them from my upper deck. I called for a second time and sent an email to the office :Reconfirmed with Jashmine at the office and she said the email was received and sent to our manager Maggie. I requested to stop payment and have them come back and do the repair properly before payment.
WE had a makeshift meeting last night and she was told again and our president paid them anyway, unaware of the mistake... What a joke. They do not care what you want .. When they get your money they do what they want and not what is best for your property. I have made several calls and sent emails and no reply. Can you imagine hiring someone and they ignore your requests? We have a severely damaged seawall .. This company is not pushing the board to act on the structural engineering report regarding the urgency of the repair... Another let down that they do not suggest that our property should act.

Maggie should be more supportive of the people who pay her. and should listen their customers. The wrong wood was never addressed. I think they don't want to be responsible for what they do if it is going to cost them money. They should have never paid that company for the repair.. I sent three emails and made 4 phone calls. obviously if they were professional would have made an investigation and fired that guy. Too sneaky for me. Something is wrong when a property management company doesn't listen to their customers. Beware of this company.

If I could give zero stars I would! MC Homes is completely useless! As a condo owner they work for US - we don't work for them! Zero communication, when you call the office they say they will make a note and you NEVER hear back from anyone! I've been trying to get an URGENT issue of rodents causing damage in my home resolved for a month and have heard from Maggie 1 time after multiple attempts to contact her via phone and email! If this were her home I guarantee she would have this resolved by now! If you are looking for a management company RUN FROM MC HOMES! I don't see how they stay in business - literally, the worst customer service I have ever seen!

Convenient how you can't respond to multiple phone calls or emails sent but immediately respond to a negative google review! While I understand the impacts the hurricanes have had on many in our town to include the one coming and what devastation is yet to come, MC HOMES WAS NOTIFIED ON 9/13 WAY BEFORE ANY STORM EVER HIT (Helene hit on 9/27 a full two weeks after notification)! This has been an ongoing issue for YEARS! You've been made aware by multiple owners that setting traps is only going to catch what is there not keep what is out there from coming in! Residents have had to endure the cost themselves for a problem that is happening in the attic and on the roof! Brantley and Sons are amazing however all they do is set traps! THIS ISN'T SOLVING THE ISSUE! They are still coming in! Pictures to show some of the damage made to my home and only 2 of the 6 rats caught while more continue to come in and cause more damage until holes on the outside of the building are handled! I have half dollar size holes in my PVC piping! I can’t use my kitchen sink!

I stand by my review and take note for yourself, this is how self centered they are and only care about themselves! They won't respond to owners emails or phones call but immediately respond to something negative said about them publicly!

We deeply regret the decision to terminate our long-standing partnership with MC Homes, our previous property management company. The transition to a new management firm was driven by the arrival of new board members who held strong grievances against MC Homes. This discontent stemmed from the fact that the HOA's governing documents clearly indicated that certain repair expenses were not within the association's coverage, a policy which MC Homes had been faithfully implementing in accordance with the previous board's directives and the association's bylaws.Unfortunately, our experience with the new management company proved to be highly unsatisfactory. They mishandled our association's accounting to the extent that it became irretrievable. Consequently, the board was forced to make yet another swift change in property management companies, a mere few months after their initial hiring.

Update: They plan projects with major resident impacts (no water, no front entry access) with less than 2 days notice for buildings with the elderly and disabled, who are unable to make alternative arrangements on such short notice.

Horrible. They don't respond to emails for weeks/months, and when you call the office they just take messages and never return calls. All Maggie wants to do is spend COA/HOA money like it grows on trees. She needlessly increases budget items and maintaintence fees go thru the roof. She's so disorganized it's hard to believe she's still in business.

I wouldn’t even be so gracious to call them a management company, they don’t manage much of anything. I’ve had several issues at the building that I live which they oversee and have had over a half of dozen in open emails and the same goes with calls. Then if you do get on the phone with someone your message will never be prompted to the right person. If you need a company to manage your property/ properties and don’t want to waste your money and get a migraine try a different real management company not mc.

Professional, ethical and accessible, MC Homes was a great choice for our association. The importance of having a property manager that works well with board members can not be underestimated. It is truly a team effort. As a volunteer board member, I am grateful to work with a property manager who keeps us organized, and handles the various issues that arise. We are provided with reputable vendors and problems are resolved in a timely manner.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Failure on all levels; communication, customer service, duty to serve, follow up , information provided… all very poor! Don’t know how or what this company does to better our community! Nothing is properly maintained nor followed up. What say you MCHOMES?

I have lived in my condo since 1997. I was on the HOA board for 9yrs. Worst mgmt co we've ever had. As of Jan $630/mo. maintenance fees for nothing. Balconies & staircases deteriorating. Nothing being done.
