She has a deep historical knowledge as well as being tuned into what is going on in this market. Her staff is excellent and attentive to the needs of their clients.

I am appalled at seeing the knucklehead on A1A protesting her office. He is too foolish to understand how rental property works and that a realtor cannot make significant repairs to a rental property without the approval and funding of the property owner. He is obviously not gainfully employed, given the amount of time he spends on the street. The sooner he moves on, the better it will be for all of us.

What does it come down to? You ask? Honestly and integrity. This business has been doing this for a long time and if they hadn't they'd already be shunned and gone. Simple as that.
