Simply put, we could not be happier that we chose Melissa Epenesa as our realtor! She is the perfect realtor in every sense of the word. To start with, our house sold greatly above the listed price and despite of all the dings and kinks Melissa managed to close the sale in just 12 days! Again, 12 days, that included repairs after buyer’s inspection and minor repairs after appraisal and negotiations. At the end, on the most important part of the deal “The Negotiation” she managed to bring both parties into a solid agreement in less than 24 hours. Yes, I counted every attribute and her performance was 10 out of 10! If there were 10 stars rating, she would have earned all of them from our experience! Melissa is also just a lovely, kind and warm person, who was so gracious towards our important deadlines.
What I love most about Melissa is that she pays attention to all your needs, reassures you with facts and very empathic to your feelings. She will go the extra mile to do what is best for you and your family. We both feel very blessed to have worked with her. She is truly one of a kind.

Melissa was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. For a while, I had thoughts of buying and over the years I have watched many of my friends get their realtor license but for some reason, I pulled to Melissa. Her energy is refreshing, enthusiastic and she wastes NO time. As soon as I started discussing future plans with Melissa, she immediately got the ball rolling even though she knew I wasn’t quite prepared rather preparing for the future and she had my best interest at heart so she got me in contact immediately with a lender to get an idea of what I need to get where and what I want! Honestly, Melissa did all the heavy lifting and made my first time buying a home a really fun and exciting experience. She would always send me new options and take me to ever since home I was interested in no matter the distance. If I had questions and if she couldn’t answer them (which was rare), she’d always get an answer within an hour or less. Melissa is so kind hearted but is ready to be a bulldog if she needs to when it come to negotiating. I was so worried buying a home would be so stressful but honestly, she made it so pleasant. To top it all off, I was greeted and gifted by her when I finally got the keys! I referred Melissa to my sister and now she’s working and helping her and she too, is beyond happy. My parents are even impressed with her work ethic and in the future will also be using her.
