I find the customer service, which is outsourced to be as helpful as they can be considering they have no ability to actually help or fix anything. My major issue is with the Point and Pay online portal. They verify they have received my payment but then kick the payment back as not paid. You have to validate your info before authorizing the transaction. Then they never notify you that your payment didn't go through. You are charged a late fee on the next billing cycle. This is pathetic and should be fixed immediately. Point and pay are not transparent and committing fraud. Meridian Ranch needs to fix this ASAP! Your reviews are atrocious for good reason.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They cant answer any questions I had on my bill and were rude about it. I didn't even wanna leave 1 star but it makes you.

Considering I now have to take *my* time to get them to be more specific about the funds they collect and the negligible service they provide, I am obligated to do the best job possible in shining the light on their questionable business practices. Between legal action and media attention, MSMD will have a very interesting 2024.

Horrific service, horrific customer service, cryptic bills, high rates, minimal "management" and they never improve because they simply do not have to. Meridian Metro is a monopoly and residents are treated like trash while money is collected but not applied to the areas it's designated for. Entire sections of the neighborhood are falling apart under this company. It's outrageous and fees continue to go up yearly WITHOUT just improvements. It literally sickness me to be stuck with this company.

Bills are cryptic and intentionally difficult to understand. Your bill will continue to go up with no explanation whatsoever. Planning to contact the Attorney General's office to investigate them. I have never seen any water company function in such a crooked and sneaky manner.

Everytime it snows, they don't remove snow in all the common areas. It seems that each time it has snowed they do even less than before. They do some common areas, but then leave large amounts where you have to walk in snow to access the areas they did. Do they need to be trained? Do they need to fire the people they have and hire new ones. Do they need to not get paid for work they are not really doing?

Called with an emergency water issue. The gentleman that came out arrived within 10 minutes of our call. He was extremely efficient, helpful and resolved the problem completely. Very satisfied with the assistance.
