I would 100% recommend Merion. I lived there for 3 years and only left due to work relocation. The staff (Tom, Brendan and, in particular, Ashlee was always a pleasure to interact with) was incredibly courteous, helpful and professional from day 1 until even after I moved out and settled up. The grounds are very well maintained, dog-friendly as advertised and though I only had 2 minor maintenance issues in my entire time there, they were handled immediately and with no stress. I've never written a review for a company before, so the fact that I am after I already moved out should put any doubts to rest. Thanks!

Merion Milford is hands down the best place to live. Apartments are nice, location is great with the mall, restaurants, other stores and the highway very close you can get pretty much anywhere in no time. Ashlee and Joe at the office are always nice, friendly and very professional. Brendan and Tom are also great at handling maintenance requests.

Ashlee has been so helpful for our onboarding process! She was very friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. She made us feel so welcomed and apart of the community even when we were first touring it.

I have absolutely loved living here and enjoyed my time as a resident for the last 3 years.I am definitely going to miss my apartment, my neighbors and the leasing office staff. After living here for the last 3 years, I am sad to go but my husband and I are relocating for his new job. I have and will continue to recommend this property to any of my family and friends in the area. Thanks for everything!

Me and my wife are senior citizens with disabilities and Ashlee is outstanding to helping us understand anything and to do things for us. She is just fantastic. Tom in the maintenance staff is also helpful and we appreciate them very much for what they do.

I had the pleasure of working with Tanya during my move-in process. She was very generous and pleasant to work with. She made the process much smoother, as it was my first apartment. Communication with the office is challenging; they are short staff, so it takes a while to get through to someone. However, the community is very well-put-together and clean. I hope to have a great experience and time here at Halstead for my lease term.

I really hate to leave a bad review but I would honestly feel horrible not leaving for anyone thinking about living here. I have lived in many apartment complexes but I can say Merion Milford was by far the worst. I moved in when it was still Halstead, when I moved in my apartment was disgusting, not cleaned, they didn't even change the locks before I moved in. My washer was broken, there was brown sticky stuff all over the counters, a bathroom cabinet was off the hinges, AC filter wasn't changed. It was a mess, I went down to the leasing office and they said they can offer a professional clean after I was already settled, but I wanted them to make a note for my security deposit for when I move out it was so bad & they did. It took them 6 months to fix my washer after multiple maintenance requests. After they changed over to Merion it was even worse, I went down to the leasing office and told them what happened when I moved in & they assured me that they would keep the same thing Halstead had promised me & give back my security deposit. Leading up to my move-out I emailed Tanya, the manager to let me know what I owe for my last month since it was shorten & to confirm my security deposit for my move out. She would take weeks to respond or just not respond at all. When I went down to the leasing office two days before I was supposed to move out I asked her why she hadn't been responding to me & she was completely unprofessional and kept saying there is no need for the attitude. Now that I have moved out they not only did they not keep their promise about the security deposit but charged me for a cleaning fee. They also charge insane fees for trash, sewer, and amenities every month. If you say beyond a year they will increase your rent by hundreds of dollars. I love apartment living but after this experience I highly suggest avoiding this place.
