Cheryl Roberts sold my parents home a few months back and it was a super easy transition. My father has Alzheimer’s and she was wonderful with him, helping my mom keep things easy and uncomplicated. She went over and above expectations. We also used her to show, my cousin who is relocating to the area, RV compatible homes in the area. She really dug in and found a very nice selection of options. She is so sweet and always trying to make everything perfect!

Do not use Kathy Vallente as a realtor she lied to us as buyers for a property in Bradenton. She produced no disclosure sheet and turned out we could not get financing on property only because ROOF WAS 25 YEARS OLD!!!! She knew this and did not disclose. There is alot to this story but just beware of this realtor. These are facts and we lost this house bc she could not be honest.
