What do you do when you are selling your home at one of the worst times in Florida history? You go with the best agent and that agent is Debi Benson at Michael Saunders Real Estate. From the first time we interviewed her (and several others who didn't make the grade) to the day we closed on our sale, Debi was there for us whenever we needed her. Her ideas are always on point, she tells you the pros and cons of anything and lets you make up your own mind, if you need her to be at the house, she is at the house, if she doesn't know an answer, she will find out and not try to BS you. She knows the area well, she knows the local and national trends. If she will be away, she will let you know how to reach her or give you someone who will be there if needed. So, all the smarts and a really, really nice person on top of that.

We had a horrible experience with this agency. The Realtor was a disgustingly entitled person who ended up stealing several items of personal property that were listed to be included with the sale. Any agency that operates in this fashion with no accountability is hard to recommend.

We were looking to buy a sailboat lot in Port Charlotte, but ended up buying a home in PGI with quick sailboat access. Sharon Rodgers was our agent and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I wasnt able to attend closing due to other commitments yet their closing department and Sharon ensured a smooth settlement. I now understand the need for a buyers agent. Sharon really looked out for our Investment as the sellers agent provided little to no communication falling way short of any customer service starting from the day we wrote a contract for purchase. JOANNE HAS NOW SOLD US 2 HOUSES AND HAS SOLD 1 PROPERTY FOR US. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED ALL OF THE ABOVE ON EACH AND EVERY OCCASION, SO I THINK WE RECEIVED EXACTLY THE SAME TREATMENT AND APPROACH AS EVERY OTHER BUYER/SELLER THAT COMES INTO CONTACT WITH HER.
