Good luck getting anyone from this office to return your call. It took 3 days of leaving a message for the listing agent and she never returned my call about her listing. I left a message for Michale Saunders and he/she never returned my call, instead he/she passed the call on to another agent that insisted for about 10 minutes that the brokerage didn't even have the home listed. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHICH HOMES THEY HAVE LISTED! Sometimes a big team is the worst way to go, they are only about numbers and money and not personalized service. The home has been on the market for 30+ days and still isn't sold....I wonder why. The poor seller doesn't even know that we wanted to see their home. BAD REALTOR! FIND ANOTHER ONE!

I've recently had the privilege of working with Laura and Stuart Lawrence during the sale of my home. Together, they presented a 'dream team' of unparalleled professionalism and expertise.

Due to Stuart's savvy real estate strategy and Laura's meticulous attention to detail, my home sold in one week. Moreover, there wasn't any occasion throughout the entire process for which they weren't fully prepared or through which I wasn't calmly and expertly navigated.

I first met Kiley when I brought a friend of mine into her office at Michael Saunders & Company. My friend was in town from the Hamptons looking to buy a home. I recently purchased a home listed by Michael Saunders Real Estate,
listing agent Diane Fogo Harter. The listing took forever to close,
Diane was very unprofessional, never returning calls or emails from law office and buyer agent,
Threatening to place listing back on market, when she never actually took it of the market.
At closing stated utilities were on for inspection, they were not, would not return calls, Currently buyers are still waiting on check from Diane. Currently no emails or calls returned by Diane. Michael Saunders real estate is a big name in Florida real estate but this sale has put their name at the bottom of the list for many law offices, other real estate agencies and prospective buyers.
