His coordination with the estate sale had over 2000 people come through while Mike's elegant "For Sale" sign was on the lawn and the estate team cleared the house so Mike could get his incredible stager in right away. Mike recommended AND HANDLED some repairs that were easily taken care of through the closing, and he did A TON of highly targeted pre-listing promotion with other leading realtors and the public. The first open house on the first weekend was so successful, we were able to look at offers on day 4 and accept an over-listing offer on day 6 from the perfect family. Not every deal will look like this, but this is the first time in almost 30 years of buying and selling residential and commercial property that I've had THIS phenomenal of an experience from start to finish.
