I gave three years of my life to this real estate agency shopping for a home in the Denver metro. Over these three years I increased my budget from 500k to 700k. I remember telling my agents that I was increasing my budget to get a better quality investment and not to inherit a lot of problems and projects. That is what they sold me. I lost all my savings $70k buying, trying to maintain, and selling a home they sold me. They do not work well with Veterans; as they don't understand us, our needs, and our benefits. When the flipping company did not follow through with the contracts my realtors gas lit me to keep trying to make it work. I almost took my life due to inheriting so many issues I couldn't keep up with them. Milehimodern has not been helpful and I do not recommend, esp if you are a 100% P&T Disabled Veteran.

Overall my wife and I have had a terrible experience with the house we bought. Within two weeks the basement flooded and there's at least one other had on the garage. On top of that, the windows leak. Our issue with having Johnnie as our agent to represent us with buying unseen and out of state was that he didn't act as the best "eyes and ears" for us. He definitely wanted us to buy and was even more happy we went over asking by $15k. We're very disappointed that he didn't call out more issues, like the water stained drywall in the garage for example. Johnnie knew our situation and looking back we feel he both he just wanted us to buy, not to buy the actual best deal for us. I'm not talking about calling out little things in a used house, those are fine and expected. These have become major issues costing us thousands already and personal items destroyed or ruined. We haven't even been in the house two full months yet. Another disappointing part is you'd think veteran to veteran, he'd really go above and beyond to tell us how this house really is. My previous house was almost 20 years older and I never had a problem like this one.
