M&H Has been great since i've started renting with them in January 2022. I will update this review, if things change.

I started working with Gustavo to secure my apartment, he was very helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I were able to get the apartment we were looking at.

The Miller and Hinkle team has been great when it's come to the few maintenance requests I have had to put in, unfortunately they do not work on weekends, but if it is an emergency they will respond in a timely manner.

The only negative thing about our apartment is our neighbors that don't live in our building, everyone in our building, follows the rules, and is very respectful.

Gustavo was definitely the reason we chose to rent the apartment we are renting.

I’ve just moved in one of the Miller and Hinkle property recently.
I’m really loved my new place and the neighborhood, especially the Miller and Hinkle management team and the manager is really supporting and quick responded on the emails, texts, and paperwork provided clearly on before and after my moving, and the maintenance technician was doing a great job.
You will not disappoint when you are applying to rent any property from the Miller and Hinkle property management.
I definitely continue to sign a longer lease agreement next year.

Really awesome management, Gustavo was super helpful and nice to us not only from before we moved in but from the day we were handed the keys. He answered every question we had, any confusions that were brought up, and was very thorough when showing us our apartment. All in all it was a very welcoming experience that I would recommend to any of my peers looking for a new place.

My roommates and I just moved in recently and so far the experience has been very good. Management has been very helpful with any questions or concerns that we may have have. Property is pretty well taken care of and is in a convenient location. Overall good apartments.

Spiders and drug store beetles flood the property. I found two black widow spiders behind my fridge and all of my stored grains, rices, etc. were infested with drug store beetles. Management never responded to repair requests, and they constantly play "hot potato" when dealing with customers.

Ron Miller spoke to me when moving in and reassured me that they were an honest property management company. However, on move out they overcharged me and when I kindly asked to speak to Ron (the same person who insisted on speaking with me when I moved in), he literally refused to answer the phone. Instead, Aaron Miller (I believe his son) answered the phone and told me they don't want to speak to me. What was I calling in regard to? A $200 cleaning charge on move-out, despite the fact that I took over the lease from a friend and the place was never cleaned in between. The apartment was actually left in a significantly cleaner condition than when I moved in.
