Where to begin....

Ms. Danielle (Milli) is absolutely amazing!

We are first time home buyers and this was definitely a learning curve. Ms. Danielle is very knowledgeable in her field and assisted beyond her scope. If it wasn't for Ms. Danielle, the whole deal would've went to the trash.

The lending company was absolutely incompetent in their department. Anytime documents were requested, provided immediately. They pushed daily to close with several loose ends. And knowing we were awaiting a roof replacement.

I am not in this field of work and some of the issues at hand seemed to be common sense. Guess most lack that, even in professional fields, lol. (Not that I expected more these days)

Lenders were eager to close and cleared the file to close with closing scheduled for the next day. Then, all of a sudden, the lender texted at 5:30 pm the evening before closing to say the homeowners insurance needed to change their date before we could close.

Infuriated would not define my emotions after receiving that information.

Go to closing the next morning and was able to sign. Unfortunately, because the insurance was unable to change the date due to additional issues that arose, we did not receive our keys.

We signed on Wednesday and with the persistence of Ms. Danielle and a long couple of days, we received the keys at 4:30 pm that Friday!!

If it wasn't for Ms. Danielle, we would've had to re-sign the following week. Thank God for Ms. Danielle. I can not say it enough!!!!

Ms. Danielle was by our side till the end, tearing down walls all while our lender hoped on a plane to BFE!!!!

This was most definitely the short version.

I would recommend Ms. Danielle to anyone looking for a home. She goes above and beyond to put a smile on your face!!
