This is a little over due, as our purchase of our house was over a year ago, but I must share that working with the Fortuna location was outstanding. Larry was very helpful and Rollin our agent was very pleasant, educating, and all in all the perfect person to help us through our the entire purchase process...I highly recommend their help!

We had a wonderful experience working with Taran Pitzer at Better Homes and Gardens Ming Tree in Fortuna. We bought our home last year when inventory was low. It took many months of searching. Taran worked very hard to get us in to look at any property we were interested in, even if the hours were crazy. At the time, I was frequently flying back and forth to Colorado, and my spouse was still there. She is always there if you have a need or question. Moving between states makes taking out a loan very complicated as well, and Taran assisted us in finding a mortgage broker. Taran is sincere. She has lived here all her life, and knew about many neighborhoods in the towns in mid Humboldt, including microclimates. Taran is very happy in her work, and it shows. We love Taran.

We are from out of the area and Taran Pitzer was our agent. She helped us to discover the correct town and property to purchase. She took the time to listen and learn our home buying needs and as a result helped us purchase the perfect property. Her guidance and expertise helped us out tremendously because of our lack of knowledge in the area and also the fact that we had to search and purchase while living in another part of the state.

We bought a house from Taryn back in November & she was so great! My partner & I took a big leap buying a house that we had not planned to buy. Our transaction was not even close to easy (due to problems with the house itself) but Taryn was so supportive & answered all our questions! When we are ready to purchase another property we will be going through Taryn again & again!

Taran Pitzer is a very professionaland sweet lady. She makes you feel like you are part of the family and your needs are the most important thing in the world. She will also work her schedule around yours.

My realtor, Taran Pitzer, has been wonderful. As I live a long distance away from Fortuna I couldn’t easily look at properties so she would show my brother properties for me and when I could come there she would have the properties lined up for me to look at along with the information on each one. She really went above and beyond because it has taken me several months to find the right place. She always responds to my calls or emails in a timely manner, she’s knowledgeable and on the ball. I have dealt with many realtors in the past so I am a good judge of her competency and dedication. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to buy a home in the Humboldt area.

Taran is the absolute best. Warm and giving. She went above and beyond to help our offer go through and all the inspections happen seamlessly even though we were out of the area. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone.
