Jay and Jer were very helpful during the process of the sale of our home in Menifee! Jay worked tirelessly to market our home and conducting open houses. He networked with the Richmond American sales rep and that rep sent prospective buyers to the open house. This is how he was able to find buyers. They were hooked when Jay mentioned the VA Assumable Loan. Not only that, but Jay was able to negotiate for more than the asking price. On the processing portion, Jay delegated his agent Jer to process the VA Assumable Loan. Jer has the expertise to conduct this type of sell and with that being said, he was able to expedite the process since VA Assumables take a lifetime to close. Jay Montenegro was amazing in my experience of buying a condo in Glendale. One of his agents, Jeff Hodaff, introduced us to a condo that was being sold and Jay took us out there to see it in person. After seeing it, I immediately knew I wanted to buy the place. Even though the condo was in high demand and already had numerous offers, Jay was able to give the listing agents an offer that was advantageous and desirable. Once we were in escrow, Jay was there step-by-step in helping me have a smooth process. Jay’s agent, Jeff Hodaff, also took many trips with me to Glendale to ensure the property was in good condition and that we were not being sold something that had a lot of issues. Jeff would respond to all our needs and get answers to our questions every time we were doing an inspection. I really could not have asked for a better team when it came to buying this property.
