I had property up for sale with Kathleen that it was a bit of a challenge because of the condition the house was in and I have to admit Bob jumped in without hesitation giving Kathleen and me a hand with suggestions and things that needed to be done even rolling up his sleeves and getting his hands dirty helping me clean up the place so it can be sold Bob is a team player he's very knowledgeable and he knows what he's talking about I highly recommend Kathleen and Bob and Mueller realities to anybody who is looking to buy or sell you'll be glad you did

Mueller Realty is the best. They have helped me buy, sell and rent out several properties for the past 30 years. Kathleen is the best. She knows the business and what the market will bear. I will never use anyone else for real estate deals in California. I was looking for a rental and thought it was great deal. Was told to send money to some Airbnb site and I thought it sounded strange. My husband went to look at the apartment and come to find out...it was already rented and through this real estate company. Airbnb was a scam and the person was in Canada supposedly. Tried to make the company aware that someone is scamming people using one of their rentals but they just didn't seem to care about it. I gave them the name and I had the information to maybe make a police report but...they didn't seem to care. Many people will be scammed out of their money because of frauds who try to get money from fraudulent ads and the people at the real estate company didn't care. Sad...

Knowledgeable, pragmatic, trustworthy - both on real estate transactions and on property management. If these folks are involved, I know that there are very few things I need to worry about myself.
