I've used NaplesGolfGuy's website for researching the Naples area for a few years. When I was ready to purchase a vacation home, I contacted Matt. Matt is outstanding! The best realtor we've ever worked with!!
Our process started with a set of objectives for our future home and golf community. Matt was quickly able to prepare a short list of communities that could fit the bill. My husband and I are 3,000 miles away...that was no problem at all. We iterated with Matt via phone and email to narrow potential communities some more. When we finally visited Naples, we looked in three communities where Matt had identified homes that were completely in line with our wish list. We ultimately focused on one community where Matt identified a variety of housing options. His advice and opinions were spot on the entire way. We purchased our home last month and are thrilled!
