Family holiday - 8 people
The property was clean and as described. It was in a quiet area with easy access to lots of places. We travelled a lot. Extra bedding and towel (including pool towels) were plentiful. The pool was a good size with plenty of seating provided. Minor negatives - we did have to purchase bin bags, washing machine tablets, toilet roll, kitchen roll and cleaning products. The bins were also full when we got there. We had to wait 1 week for them to be emptied.

Perfect family home
My family stayed at this home for a month while displaced. Great yard for our kids and small dog. Home was well furnished, comfortable, and clean. As expected it has age. Host addressed issues promptly. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Fabulous, spacious home! We loved this home! Plenty of room for grandparents and two families with young children. We loved the five bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and omg the movie theater! It was easy to connect to our streaming services or use dvds. There were so many little touches, like nightlights in hallways, soft blankets for cuddling up in the movie theater, pool toys and a cool waterslide, kitchen equipment, etc. We hope to re-book in the future!

We have stayed in the cape coral area with our family for five years now, Vacasa never disappoints and i won't use any other vacation rental company. This house was very spacious and laid out very nicely with the master bedroom on one side of the house and all other guest bedrooms located on the other side. This house is well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, and the beds sleep very nicely. This is one of the cleanest houses i have stayed in, which is important to me as a mom. The pool and lanai are emasculate, we spent so much time in the pool, and the outdoor bar and grill was great for the adults in our group to hangout and catch up. The house is a hidden gem at the moment and once people figure out how great it is, i am sure that it will be hard to book. Our family 100% recommends this house and will look to stay here again in the future.

This is a very nice house with high-end touches throughout including wireless charging nightstands in the master bedroom, mikasa dishes in the kitchen, and starbucks coffee pods. This house has beautifully designed bathrooms with waterfall showerheads that everyone was talking about. We were very impressed by the kitchen being stocked so well. They had everything we needed for thanksgiving. (we did bring out own roasting pan). The pool was the selling point for us since we have 4 kids and we were pretty disappointed that the heat wasn't turned on or the pool cleaned before our arrival. I inquired in june about the availability of heating the pool since we were coming in november. They verified for me and said that was available. When we arrived it was not heated. I texted with the management company and went back and forth determining that we needed to pay for heating. I had no idea that i needed to do this since no one had told me that 5 months earlier when i inqured about it. I paid the fee and it was turned on the next day, but only because i was persistent. We all felt that the owner had done a fabulous job with this house and that the management company needs to pay more attention to the little details and communicate better when it comes to heating the pool. Overall it was fabulous for our extended family Thankgiving and we would rent it again.

Wonderful holiday stay with two toddlers
We visited family in punta gorda between christmas and new years. We had a wonderful stay with our 4yr old and 2 1/2 yr old. “Grandma” knows the area well, there was lots to do to keep the little ones busy! We went the the charlotte harbor environmental center, did a boat tour of charlotte harbor, and had a wonderful time visiting fisherman’s village that was beautifully decorated for the holidays. I highly recommend norma on the canal. It did not disappoint!
