Suzy Barnes contacted our company for a cleaning on a property that she originally thought would only a quick cleaning, once we arrived at the property we quickly realized that this was an infestation property, as well as excessive dog hair throughout the entire property as well as nicotine from the tenants smoking in the home. After speaking with Suzy she was advised this would have to be a two day cleaning and would be charged extra for the additional work and time. She agreed and now is refusing to pay us for the 17 hours we worked getting the property into pristine shape. We have called and emailed Suzy and she is ignoring all of our calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I would highly recommend this Agency, and Sue-Bee Laginess in particular. Sue-Bee helped me find service providers to prepare my old house for sale, and sold it for me quickly. She also has an excellent breadth of knowledge with the downtown area, which is where I was looking. I didn't know much about the neighborhoods, and she was able to guide me to the perfect location and home for my needs. She was always available, and was extremely professional in all of our dealings. Thank you so much, Sue-Bee, for all of your hard work ... it is so appreciated!

I'm not sure about how they conduct business when selling houses; but as for the management of their rentals, it's pretty grim. AC broken for over 3 Months (!) and counting (in a record breaking Florida summer). They started ignoring emails, and stopped coming around to the property. They just called one incompetent handyman who clearly doesn't know what to do, never considered a plan B. Been renting from them for years, rent was always paid on time. The disregard, disrespect, and disdain they've treated their renters with is shocking and insulting. Due diligence, communication, integrity, are all severely lacking with this company. I might have recommended them in the past because their properties are in nice locations, but they've been a nightmare to deal with.

She was very efficient and very professional. She guided me every step of the way till the deal was closed. She is very courteous and pleasant person to do business with. Olde Town Brokers is fantastic! We've been tenants with John Abbott for six years now and I can safely say I've never worked with a better property manager! He's been readily available and responsive to our needs, and even called to check on us (not just the house) before and after Hurricane Irma. Always a professional and a class act all the way!
