Hermoso Resort, muy prolijo y tranquilo, las unidades son super comodas y equipadas, en nuestro caso, alquilado por Vrbo tuvimos la suerte de contar con propietarios realmente maravillosos. Dado que es una asociacion, esta tiene que aceptar tu presencia, si bien no hubo problemas el idioma a veces te lleva a cometer errores. Los dueños de la unidad pusieron todo de su parte para hacer que nuestra estancia sea maravillosa

Treated with great disrespect by the only two wait staff on today at the resort. Made a complaint about a drink and the situation escalated to the point of being told to leave and never return, by one of these servers. Comments by this server were further made, singling out Canadians. Have been to this place as a guest over the years and have never ever experienced what happened today. Ole at Lely Resort Condo Association you should train your staff on how to deal with situations in a professional matter. Today was an embarrassment on your Resort. We will definately not return on our accord and travel to a destination that appreciates Canadian tourists.

Owners are tired of conflicts between full time owner residents and investor owners who rent out to so many that break the HOA rules. They bring dogs which are not allowed and share space to avert the 30 minimum rental rule; properties have not been well maintained.

My wife and I traveled to Naples for the US Open Pickleball Tournament. While in the Naples area, we were able as guests to play Pickleball at Ole'....what a nice place!

Ole' is on our short list as a retirement location! Check it out!

Beautiful, lovely Ole! Serving staff are terrific! Special thanks to Michelle, David & Jeff who are amazingly hard-working individuals with a great sense of humour. The pool is perfect, the food is delicious and the cocktails - well, a bit strong for me but it didn’t stop me! Guests are friendly and very welcoming. Thank you!

I love❤❤ Ole @ Lely I don't know were to start the staff is great the secretaries at the office the maintenance guys are very polite pleasant and let's not forget the manager Mr Andy the best guy if you ever have a problem with fingerprint at the gate or any big or little thing he's there for you to help Andy runs the place very well very professional and high standard keeps the place very clean. One of my favorite part's in Ole is the movie theater why go and pay and travel were you have it at your doorstep there is a lot more the clubhouse swimming pools you name it it's all there one of my favorite spots in Naples hands down.👍

What a great resort for the value! We bought three years and it was the best investment we made! It's like being in a five star resort in south Naples only 10 minutes from downtown Naples and Marco Island!

People here are very bitter. The community looks nice and the management is great, but the residents that live here are challenging sometimes to say the least. Me and my wife will be looking at another senior community.
