As a Realtor, I have entrusted Omni Title with all of my closings for the last 2 years at least. We have had some challenges with regard to Estate/probate issues, out of state/county issues, loan and inspection issues. The team from Omni Title is the absolute best!!!! My husband and I were trying to close on a loan and were faced with a major dilemma regarding mineral rights to the property. They were the only ones who could quickly provide answers and get us to closing in time. Jennifer was so helpful and welcoming. Brent and Jennifer Wood are true professionals.
How do I know this? I was in the mortgage business for 15 years and recently completed a transaction with them. We ran into some challenging title issues which could have easily derailed the whole transaction and Jennifer went above and beyond to get things wrapped up and turned around In the right direction . Brent and Jen did a phenomenal job with both pur real estate purchase and our title insurance. There were interesting nuances that normally would really complicate completing the transaction, but their diligent effort and excellent communication were paramount for the deal closing and even a few days earlier than planned. Omni title as well as Brent and Jennifer were amazing!!! They were in touch with me throughout the process and kept me up to date on the progress. I was buying a home in florida while living in ohio. They coordinated with a local title agency to do a courtesy closing so i did not have to go to florida for the closing. They were great to work with and my mortgage lender as well as local title company worked with Brent and Jennifer to ensure a smooth closing…and we closed early so that i could close at the end of the month instead of the beginning of month, saving me a lot of money in tax interest. The emails texts and phone calls to keep me updated was awesome and much appreciated. They were highly organized and had all the paperwork ready to go when i arrived for closing. I highly recommend if you are purchasing a home in SW Florida, give Brent or Jennifer a call…you wont be disappointed.
