I have been extremely frustrated with my experience with On the Mark Management. They consistently fail to return phone calls and emails, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued. Despite several attempts to reach out regarding important issues, I've received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has made it difficult to resolve even the simplest matters. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable management support.

On the Mark is a reMARKable management company! The whole team over there is extremely professional, reliable and truly cares about people and the community. I utilized their Real Estate services to buy my first home! It was such a roller coaster, but Shelby was a pleasure to work with and navigated any and all situations and circumstances with ease. Would highly recommend for any and all management or real estate needs!

On the Mark Management has taken over managing our condo complex, Gardens at Summerfield, and has done a fantastic job! When I called to be sure that we were up-to-date, the staff was not just professional but also friendly. The grounds have never looked so good, and Kevin keeps us all in the loop with detailed emails whether it be about scheduled meetings or happens around the neighborhood. I highly recommend On the Mark!

Do not use this company. Employees are extremely unprofessional, specifically a man named Thom. He has screamed at me over the phone, hung up on myself, my neighbors, and is very unorganized and unresponsive. He did not want to fix the mold in my condo due to an exterior leak. It has taken over 8 months to be fixed only after he got SEVERAL complaints from myself and my neighbors.

I recently purchased a condo which is managed by this company. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and transparency. They are not clear in their communication to the homeowner. I never received any type of communication when I purchased the property. I set up autopay so I wouldn't have to deal with them. They had a price increase without telling me and when I asked about it via email the emailed response was "it was a glitch in the system"
It's been 9 months- I still haven't received my refundable move in deposit. I have emailed several times...still haven't recieved it.
Now they say I owe money- from the "glitch" plus another HOA increase that was never communicated to me. No emails or letters about a new priced increase in January. When I email them with questions, they don't respond to all my answers and provide a very vague response without clarifying.
There is something very shady about this company. Stay away if you can.

Awful company. Took over our condo mgmt and I was never notified. So I continued to pay the condo fees to old management company. Who in turn was mailing it to them. They didnt even notify me! So every month I was charged a late fee because by the time they reviewed my payment it was late. I explained this to them amd they could care less. Real scumbag company.
