The Liz and Bob team met all professional expectations a buyer could ask for with regards to the listing and sale of their property. The team made a detailed assessment of our condo, compared it to recently sold condos and made realistic recommendations for a sale price range.

The photographer did a great job taking pictures to show the interior and exterior of the property. The photos were presented in the ad very nicely that we think it attracted an immediate buyer.

The unit sold to the first buyer at full price. We used First American Mortgage and they worked great with Liz, Jennifer and the team to close on the unit within 3-4 weeks.
