I ordered hotel room 3 months ahead of traveling, received confirmation receipt from Orlando employee discount with the date confirmation as I requested. However, when checking in with the hotel, I was told by the hotel that the date the agent booked for me is in June, three months different from the date shows on my confirmation receipt. What a surprise when you drove 1000 miles with three kids, arrived at night and found that the hotel doesn’t have a room for you!

What a disappointment. The utter lack of communication was absurd. We booked our condo in Nov 2023 for a trip in Jan 2024. Was told on multiple occasions that we would receive communication regarding our condo 4 days prior to our stay. Two days before our departure we hadn't received anything so we called and called to see what was going on. We were told that we would have information by the end of the day and by 5pm we still hadn't received anything. We called back and spoke to the manager/owner who was an absolute imbecile. He had no record of our stay and "upgraded" us to a different location. Day of our arrival we were changed to yet another location. When we got to the house we weren't told that there would be charged for parking and the house was in less than ideal condition. The washer was broken so we couldn't do laundry which we had planned to do during our stay, the pool was freezing even though we asked on multiple occasions to have heated and we were never giving the wifi password. Overall this was a disappointment and we will never use this company again.

I can’t believe my husbands company supports this business! I booked a trip to Disney and paid the $50 bucks. The next day I found that Disney was offering 25% off for Disney plus members. Booking through Disney was almost $1000 less then this place. I emailed to cancel everyday for the next few days but got nothing back from them. I did get almost 50 spam emails almost immediately after booking with this company and every day since. I don’t wanna say they sold my email but ….. So I called, the recording actually says they have a 4.8 rating with google reviews. At this point it’s 2.8. And I didn’t see any positive reviews over the last 11 months. I wish I would have looked up reviews prior to booking but I trusted it because I trust my husbands company. I spoke to someone after 30 minute hold. All she asked for was the last name and confirmed the dates and said it was cancelled. I am going to cut my losses. They got my $50 and made money off my email address (I suspect).

5 ? reviews must be by the people who work there. Like others booked with them thru my employer. Showed up to ROACH INFESTED hotel room. Naturally I took it up with the property who was only able to refund the resort fee. I have been calling and emailing since I returned.Trey the manager at ext 7007 is yet to return my calls or refund for my nightmare of a stay. Ripping off hard working families isn't right. Def bad business

SCAM!!! They will never talk to you!!! You will call customer service and they transfer you to a voicemail and no one will call you back. They were no help! BEWARE THERE IS NO WAY TO DOWNLOAD TICKETS! They kept telling me that there was shipping info issues (which is a lie) and kept transferring me to this non- existent persons voicemail. Then when I called to cancel- no surprise- they transferred me again and never spoke to anyone. Had to call my credit card company to settle this issue. Not about to lose $700 to some scam artists.

We ordered Disney tickets at Christmas and almost two months later my brother was told they still weren’t mailed because they were only printing for January and February... this was in February. How are they printing last month’s tickets? Still have not received them and if they aren’t sent soon we will attempt to cancel and get a refund. Our trip is in May but for dining reservations at Disney we need to make them next month. I am not confident they will ever come at this point.

This is the worst third party discount company I have ever dealt with. I purchased 4 tickets for Legoland, 3 adults and 1 child. What they don't tell you is you still need a ticket for any child over 2yrs old for Legoland. But when you click on the option for a child the age range is 2-9yr old they don't include a ticket nore ask how old the child is.

Trying to get in contact with a person is only possible if you are making a purchase. You have to email them and wait for a response that offers no solution to your issues or concerns. I truly do not recommend this site unless you are hard up on cash and want yo offer your family a trip on a budget. Just make sure you read the requirements on the actual website of the parks or hotel you want to stay at so you know how to book accordingly.

Booked 2 vacation homes for my family and I 3-4 months in advance, paid over $4,000. Exactly one week before our trip, these people canceled our reservations. Not only did they cancel our reservations, these people tried to lie and say I canceled one of my vacation rentals on my own. They are very unprofessional, didn’t even have the decency to offer any other alternatives or anything!!! IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STAR, I WOULD!!!!
